Right in the center of Libourne, come and enjoy this completely renovated 40m2 apartment on the ground floor with open views and Netflix. Very bright and comfortable, you have free parking nearby on weekends and public holidays. Less than 5 minutes walk away you will find the bus and train station which will take you to Saint Emilion, Bergerac or even the Arcachon basin. You can also rent the 1st floor apartment if available in order to privatize the building.

Other Details to Note

A large public car park is available just opposite (on the central reservation) and is free: - weekends - public holidays - from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. The rest of the time parking is chargeable, but inexpensive. It is very easy to find a place in a public space less than 100 m from the accommodation. A disabled place is available in front of 99 cr Tourny, 20 m from the apartment. In addition there is a large free car park behind the station less than 5 minutes walk away.

It is an independent entrance, the building only has 2 apartments so very quiet. This apartment located on the ground floor (overlooking the street) is entirely at your disposal. Libourne offers a vast public transport network, including the La Cali Bus service, connecting neighboring towns. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. You can also store up to two bicycles in the common areas, under video surveillance, for optimal security.

Beautiful apartment, recently renovated and functional while retaining the charm of the old building. Thanks to the code locks, self check-in was easy and we didn't need to carry a key. The bed was very comfortable. The location is super central, everything Libourne has to offer is within walking distance. The apartment overlooks one of the main streets; although the windows are well insulated and we slept well, this might be something to consider if you are particularly sensitive to noise. Parking was easy and we had our car right in front of the apartment for most of our stay. There were clear instructions for free parking, but we didn't need them as street parking is free on weekends and in the evenings. I highly recommend Arnaud's apartment.
