Right in the center of Libourne, come and enjoy this completely renovated 40m2 apartment on the ground floor with open views and Netflix. Very bright and comfortable, you have free parking nearby on weekends and public holidays. Less than 5 minutes walk away you will find the bus and train station which will take you to Saint Emilion, Bergerac or even the Arcachon basin. You can also rent the 1st floor apartment if available in order to privatize the building.

Other Details to Note

A large public car park is available just opposite (on the central reservation) and is free: - weekends - public holidays - from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. The rest of the time parking is chargeable, but inexpensive. It is very easy to find a place in a public space less than 100 m from the accommodation. A disabled place is available in front of 99 cr Tourny, 20 m from the apartment. In addition there is a large free car park behind the station less than 5 minutes walk away.

It is an independent entrance, the building only has 2 apartments so very quiet. This apartment located on the ground floor (overlooking the street) is entirely at your disposal. Libourne offers a vast public transport network, including the La Cali Bus service, connecting neighboring towns. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. You can also store up to two bicycles in the common areas, under video surveillance, for optimal security.

Tout : depuis l'arrivée jusqu'au départ, gentillesse des propriétaires, le confort, propreté, belle prestation, bon rapport qualité prix. Tout est pensé minutieusement pour que le logement soit agréable à vivre ( tres spacieux) tout en étant très fonctionnel. Merci pour ce très agréable séjour. Je recommande vivement que ce soit pour le travail ou les loisirs.

Beautiful flat, newly renovated and functional yet with charm of the old building. Thanks to the code locks the self checkin was easy and we did not need to carry a key. The bed was very comfortable. The location is super central with every Libourne has to offer within walking distance. The flat is facing one of the main streets, while the windows were well insulated and we slept well, this could be something to be mindful of if you are particularly noise sensitive. Parking was easy and we had our car just outside the flat for most of our stay. There were clear instructions to the free parking lot but we didn’t need to as street parking is free during weekend and evenings. I would highly recommend Arnauds flat.
